We are also experienced international operators having led leadership positions in various corporate enterprises where safe, smart investment is the key to sustainable profitability.

A leader in conceiving innovative solutions to stimulate growth in developing countries and born and brought up in East Africa.
As Chairman of the Aga Khan’s tourism businesses and Serena Hotels and Resorts, he developed solutions to bring benefits from tourism developments to local communities. A top executive in the hospitality industry, he promoted new marketing and distribution approaches when Senior Vice President at Kempinski Hotels, Dusit Hotels, Hilton International and Conrad Hotels.
He has pioneered the design and development of tourism and hospitality networks. He has been a strong voice within the United Nations World Tourism Organisation to give life to the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals, initially through tourism and hospitality across Africa.
Graham started out his career as a management intern for 4 years with the luxury Savoy Hotel Group; Savoy, Claridges, Berkeley, Simpsons and The Connaught.
Emmanuel was born and brought up in Kenya and is a degree graduate with over 15 years experience in Information Technology and leading development teams with a specialization in travel and tourism. For 6 years Emmanuel was the Head of Information Technology for The Travel Network Group covering an independent agency network of over 800 travel agents and tour operators.
Multi-skilled with good all-round supervisory and technical expertise. Proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems for improved efficiency and performance.
Also gained substantial experience from working on projects for blue-chip companies such as BT, Barclays B2B, BP, NatWest and The Home Office. He comes from a programming and database design background but also has a sound knowledge of networks. An enthusiastic, hard-working and meticulous individual with a love of Africa; its people, environment and wildlife. and is committed to seeking solutions that improves our drive toward SMART tourism.
Born and brought up in Africa, David has had a distinguished business career in industry, economic development, consulting, technology and finance.
He was the Chairman of the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industry practice of a major international consulting firm, where he advised major corporations and governments on strategic development issues. He led tourism development planning initiatives for Poland, Ireland, India, Croatia and a number of resorts and destinations.
He was Chairman of Rapid Travel Solutions, a travel software company later sold to an industrial buyer. He was Chairman of Infox, a German-based travel information services consolidator.
He acts as business coach to a number of senior executives in Europe and in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region. He is bilingual in English and French and also speaks fluent German.
Marketing & Operations
Callum is based between UK and Zanzibar with marketing and distribution expertise having built the first African continents interactive destination platform and specialist in Oman and Zanzibar Heritage Tourism development programmes.
He was Operations & Marketing Director for Shumookh Heritage Tourism based in Muscat and is a Project and Operations Manager for Hotels, residences including marketing feasibilities.
Technical & Engineering
Owner of Lago Reef in Mozambique and supporter of the VisitEarth SDG African programme.
His first experience of Africa was overland from the UK to South Africa in a series 3 Land Rover. he undertook voluntary work in several wildlife projects in Cameroon and Zambia. Following a successful career in the UK working in the mechanical engineering field covering diverse areas as electronic and force measurement (including a world wide patent granted) and mechanical engineering at Heathrow for BAA and numerous Airlines. Philip has now moved his focus back to Africa with Lago Reef in Mozambique. He is ideally suited for the technical aspects of an eco-resort and has been using the last few years to experiment with various solar systems.
